These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pigee Booking platform operated by Pigee Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Pigee Booking enables businesses to accept and manage appointments online. You must be 18 or older to create a business account.
2. Business Accounts
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, pricing, and communications sent to customers. Pigee Inc is not responsible for services provided by businesses using the platform.
3. Payments
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By accepting online payments, you agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Pigee Inc charges a platform fee on each processed transaction, shown in your account dashboard.
4. Customer Bookings
When a customer books an appointment, the contract for services is between the customer and the business. Pigee Inc acts only as the booking platform.
5. Data & Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Business owners are data controllers for their customer data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pigee Inc shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
