Pigee Inc operates the Pigee Invoice platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account holders: name, email, business name, company registration number, VAT number, bank details and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).

Your clients: name, email, company, address and VAT number, collected so you can invoice them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the invoicing platform, send invoices, receipts and reminders, process payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (payments), the Anthropic API (AI features, where you choose to use them), notification providers, and as required by law.

4. Data Retention

Invoice and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and tax purposes.

5. Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact privacy@pigeepost.com.

6. Cookies

The portal uses a secure httpOnly authentication cookie to maintain your session. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure token-based authentication.
