These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pigee Invoice platform operated by Pigee Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Pigee Invoice enables contractors and limited companies to create, send and collect payment on professional invoices. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, tax treatment, company details and communications sent to your clients. Pigee Inc is not an accountant or tax adviser; AI-generated guidance is contextual information only and must be verified with a qualified professional.
3. Payments
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By accepting online payments you agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Pigee Inc charges a platform fee on processed transactions as shown in your account dashboard.
4. Data & Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your client data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pigee Inc shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
