Pigee Inc operates the Pigee Booking platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Business account holders: name, email, business name, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).

End customers: name, email, phone number, and appointment details, collected on behalf of the business whose booking form you use.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the booking platform, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (payments), notification service providers, and as required by law.

4. Marketing Communications

With your consent, businesses may contact you about offers. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Booking records are kept for a minimum of 7 years for legal purposes.
